Our trip to Italy was as trouble free as you could hope for (flying coach).  We had no problems getting to the airport or getting through security.  We were on an Airbus 380 which was very nice.  It was the quietest and smoothest plane I've been on.

The only real problem was that I didn't get any sleep, so I'm tired.  But it's 8:00 PM now and hopefully I'll get a good night's sleep.  

We arrived in Venice and boarded the two level bus we'll be taking throughout the Cantabile part of our trip.  Unfortunately, it was very hot (100 degrees?) on the top of the bus and the A/C didn't make a dent.  The bus took us to the hotel where we had 90 minutes to clean up and try not to fall asleep.

Then we walked about 400 yards to a pizzaria and had a simple, fixed menu, dinner.

Time to pass out...
